From the audit detail page, auditors can simply add questions from an audit question library. The audit compliance will be automatically calculated. By pressing a button, you can produce a formatted audit report ready to be sent by email to the management team or to your customer.

Training collaborators is crucial to continuously improve your quality management processes. The system will help you manage training courses and their related participants, actions and activities. The dashboard will let you know about collaborators that need to get trained.

Risk management is an important new requirement with ISO 9000:2015 standards. This solution will help you managing the entire risk management wheel, from risk identification, risk assessment, risk treatment to risk monitoring.

BPA Quality 2015 runs on Microsoft Office technologies and the Microsoft SharePoint Foundation version, embedded with Windows Server at no additional cost, or the SharePoint Server version. A lighter version is expected to be released later with SharePoint online and Office 365.
